Services
The learning sessions will be focused on participants’ understanding of concepts and knowledge for improvement on the exam(s) that fits the content for which the participants have been hired. Along with the online tutoring sessions, participants will be required to do skills building work between sessions.

Questions
How are sessions delivered?
All sessions will be delivered through an online platform, Zoom or Google Meet unless the COVID-19 spread numbers decrease to a point where onsite sessions can be safely done. The learning platform that houses all material will be Google Classroom.
All weekday sessions will be 6:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. on predetermined dates, except the initial session, which will be one hour longer; all Saturday sessions will be 12:00 Noon-3:00 p.m.
Weekday sessions can be either Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday.
What is the cost of testing services?
The cost to obtain the services of Black River A+ Education Consultants will be as follows:
Up to 12 participants $3600 for the 14-16 sessions listed below.
The payment for services should be rendered in 3 equal parts, with the first 1/3 of the payment paid after the first 3 sessions, the second after the 8th session, and the last after the final session.
What is the attendance policy?
All participants must attend all of the 14-16 pre-determined sessions, but will be required to complete any assignments for sessions that were not attended due to an unexpected incident. Two additional sessions may be added after the needs of the participants are discussed. The designated County School District (XCSD) contact and Ms. Angela McClary-Rush must be contacted by the participant if a session must be canceled by a participant.
Participants’ names and times of engagement (rosters) will be sent to the XCSD contact for the program initiative.
When should students register to take exam(s)?
Participants should register to take the exam(s) within 3 weeks of their 7th or final learning session. These registration dates will be provided to the designated County School District contact for the program initiative
